Each project included:

• Project reporting and analysis.
• Managing the monthly forecasting process for the projects, including calculating the forecast to complete for specific project areas.
• Ensuring that project variations and trends were accurately recorded, as well as monitoring the approval status and following where necessary.
• Obtaining, calculating, and submitting the monthly project accruals.
• Updating and ensuring that all project data in the cost management system was accurate. 
• Liaising with the project scheduler to ensure that project percentage complete information is updated and accurate in Primavera P6.
• Reconciliation of major vendor claims and communicating and following up issues.

Value Adds:

• Educating and assisting project managers and scope owners to ensure that project controls processes were understood and the benefits of having them.   
• Continually improving and implementing project management and reporting processes.
• Part of the team that tested and implemented the EcoSys cost management system that is now used to manage and report costs on major projects.
