Capisce was founded by senior QS professionals known for their high-performing, technical expertise. However, while professional camaraderie connected them, their friendship and focus on delivering genuine human value through QS is what keeps them together today.
Moving away from the traditional QS approach of reporting using cold, clinical data, we contextualise and provide QS advice based on what data means to different people in the process.
Our team works on highly complex and technical infrastructure projects that balance engineering, design, services and construction with social outcomes for communities whether the work involves hospitals delivering critical health care or housing solutions for low income families at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Whatever the project, our focus remains on the people impacted by the works.

We are South Australia’s largest locally owned Quantity Surveying (QS) firm and have been at the forefront of shaping the landscape South Australians enjoy every day – from roads, rail and airports to water, schools and buildings.
Our QS advice is reflected in the local streetscape and we continue to support efforts that build and enhance local communities.

Our diversity comes from our team which includes a wide range of professionals who come from varying backgrounds. Each team member brings the requisite QS expertise but also experience in niche areas such as mechanical or electrical qualifications or specialist exposure to mining and defence.
